Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will typically become active and traceable within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PrimeDrive is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately.
